Enthusiasm

My earliest recollections of Uncle Brian are from when I was a young child. I remember going around the house and he was always so enthusiastic and welcoming to me. He would involve me in what he was doing and always speak so interestingly about what he was doing so I felt included. As a teenager, I became a painter like him and he would share tips about painting with me. He was such a good tradesman and I always looked up to him. My last interaction was when we sat around at my Dad and Kath's talking about local history. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and his passion for the subject was infectious.  We would laugh about how hard it was to get a word in edgeways! When I remember Uncle Brian I will always remember an enthusiastic kind man who really enjoyed interactions with people and who loved to share his interests with others. I am sad to hear of his passing and send my love to Untie Margaret, Jason, and Josie, and all the family. X
